Is this pay-to-win?
No. Nothing here changes how matches are scored - prefire is extra practice reps, and the chat-listening bots are a host-side gimmick. Free and Pro players compete on the same boards, and plenty of the top names have never subscribed.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal - one click, no retention screens, no guilt-trip emails. Anything you've already claimed with gems stays yours; the stipend just stops coming.
What if I cancel and the next renewal still goes through?
We’ll refund it. If a Pro renewal lands after you’ve cancelled, just email admin@typocalypse.fun from the account email - we’ll check the timing against Stripe and return the charge within a few business days. Same applies if anything else gets in the way of a cancellation you tried to make.
A charge on my card wasn’t made by me - can I get it refunded?
Yes. If a payment to Typocalypse wasn’t made by the cardholder - for example, a child used a parent’s card without permission - email admin@typocalypse.fun from the account email and we’ll refund it. For purchases you authorised and changed your mind on, you can cancel future renewals at any time but we don’t refund completed purchases.
